How do the NRL Finals work in 2025?
The finals use the top eight system across four weeks. The top four teams play qualifying finals in week one. Winners go straight to the preliminary finals in week three while losers get another chance in week two. The teams ranked five to eight play elimination finals in week one.
\Losers go out and winners move to week two where they face the losers of the qualifying finals. The semi final winners then face the rested top teams in the preliminary finals. The two winners advance to the Grand Final on October 5 at Accor Stadium where the season champion is decided.
